Gizalem Dereje
Gizalem has been a member of the EEF family since 2006 when he joined us on our high school programme.
He went on to study Civil Engineering at Adama Science and Technology University.
Graduating with excellent results in 2015, Gizalem then did a Masters’ degree in Water Supply and Environmental Engineering at Addis Ababa University.
He now works for MCN Healthcare and he is also the Director of our Ethiopia programme. In this role, Gizalem will contribute to student selection, liaise with our partner schools, and coordinate the local budgets.
Gizalem has always impressed us with his dedication to his studies as well as his positive can-do attitude. He is a fantastic rolemodel for his generation and we are very proud to officially have him on our team.
